the deployment of all needed resources should be as easy as a button click or at least one azd up

Infrastructure needed

• 1. ACA for Spring service

• 2. ACA for Quarkus Service

• 3. PostgreSQL with tables for vegetables and superheroes

• 4. Application Insights

• All of them need to be secured with managed identities.

• Cleanup unused bicep files in infra
