Maybe add option to ignore page separators when comparing to CTF

In a recent testing session of the DP Post-Processing Workbench (ppwb), I was testing the option to compare the post-processing text as downloaded from a project page (CTF is Concatenated Text File), and noticed that there isn't an option to ignore page separators. Consequently, each page separator shows up as a diff, which tends to clutter the output.
