Annual travel award report?

During the Dec. 2019 public board meeting, @peterjc made a suggestion regarding having a general public announcement for dispersement for travel grant awards. Potential time frame of April 2020, about four years after the start of awards. This is an issue for further discussion and tracking.

@HLWiencko also suggested doing a single wrap-up report so it is explicitly clear where the money has gone, and (as the newly elected treasurer) bearing responsibility for the report writeup.

I independently thought of this recently, not remembering that it had already been suggested 5 years ago! @peterjc maybe this is something you could work on?
