chore(deps): bump yaml, semantic-release and xo (#246)

Removes [yaml](https://github.com/eemeli/yaml). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [yaml](https://github.com/eemeli/yaml), [semantic-release](https://github.com/semantic-release/semantic-release) and [xo](https://github.com/xojs/xo). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `yaml`

Updates `semantic-release` from 19.0.5 to 21.0.1
