No type hinting

Hi Angelozerr ,

Nothing seems to be working for me after migrating the protractor e2e testing project from webstorm to eclipse-tern project. 
No type hinting at all. Don't know why this is not working.  Could you please help me in resolving the same at the earliest possible.
