[Bug]: OpenAI not working in Staging

Hi, I'm trying to test an OpenAI in Staging environment, however, it doesn't show any models. I went to the datasource config and it shows a message that states that "Production and Staging are the same in OpenAI because the datasource does not support environments". With that message, I was expecting that I would not be able to add a different API Key but it would work with the production key; but it just doesn't work.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Straging environment
2. Select any OpenAI query
3. It just doesn't show any models (and thus, doesn't work). I'm attaching an embeddings model screenshot, however, the same happens when trying to select chat models.

@beniperez , is there any reason why you want a Staging environment for OpenAI integration, and not use the Production environment itself?
