Use "$@" instead of bare $@ to protect arguments

Bash expands bare $@, and then do word-splitting and file-globing. It breaks command-line arguments
for arduino if command-line arguments for the wrapper script contains $IFS, '*', '?' and etc. characters.

Use "$@" in this case.
