Remove spec/fixtures/workspaces/flag-args-with-dash/argflag

It was gitignored in d67d0f0,
but by that point it had already been added to the repository so git has
continued to pick up changes to it. This is unnecessary and adds visual
clutter to diffs, so delete the file.
