    redhat/configs: automotive: Disable the Mellanox SwitchX core driver

    Disable The Mellanox SwitchX core driver and this also
    automatically disables it's related dependencies.

    This is needed to satisfy a requirement of FuSa efforts
    for RHIVOS.
