    platform/x86/intel/pmc: Add Bartlett Lake support to intel_pmc_core

    Add Bartlett Lake P-core only product support to intel_pmc_core
    driver. Bartlett Lake hybrid product reuses Raptor Lake model name
    so it is already enabled.
