Remove proxy_connect_timeout or show a warning when user inserts a number over 75
Feature description
According to https://nginx.org/en/docs/http/ngx_http_proxy_module.html#proxy_connect_timeout
It should be noted that this timeout cannot usually exceed 75 seconds.
How the feature is useful
Hinder newcomers like me inserting a bad number because we think that bigger = better
