dsp.h : ASM instructions vmaxnm and vminnm won't work on Cortex M4F

In _dsp.h_ (lines 44 and 55) asm instructions **vmaxnm** and **vminnm** won't work on Cortex M4F. It causes a hard fault.
I think :

should be more specific.
These instructions exist on cortex M7, M33, M55, M85 as far as I know.
