How to map controller / action?

Hi, I'd really like to know what methods are being called so I could have this sort of view: http://tctechcrunch2011.files.wordpress.com/2013/03/errplance_dashboard.png?w=1024&h=976 at least to some extent.
I am currently using Express so is my priority, but it would be pretty nice to have a generic monitoring process to handle websockets servers too.
