Replaces the broken "Test" workflow badge with the current "Test Docker Compose" and "Test Backend" workflow badges.
The "Test" workflow was renamed to "Test Backend" in #1361, and a new "Test Docker Compose" workflow was added. This updates the README badges to reflect the current CI setup.
