Notebook run_diva4D_BlackSea.ipynb

Somehow the script notebook doesn't create the input files for the coastal contours. In the logfile of Diva it fails with the following message:

Any ideas on what might go wrong in the notebook? I already tried adding this line to the notebook, but that didn't help.
contours.write_to(diva4Dfiles.contourdepth)

Hello, I'll have to edit the notebook, there are 2 missing input files related to the topography (from which the contours are created). Thanks for letting us know.
