feat: Add support for Enterprise Team APIs

This PR adds support for Enterprise Teams

• GET /enterprises/{enterprise}/teams
• POST /enterprises/{enterprise}/teams
• GET /enterprises/{enterprise}/teams/{team_slug}
• PATCH /enterprises/{enterprise}/teams/{team_slug}
• DELETE /enterprises/{enterprise}/teams/{team_slug}
