Add options parameter to Delete function in Generic API

Presently the Delete function does not allow the specification of  [DeleteOptions](https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/kubernetes-api/common-definitions/delete-options/). This options are important in certain use cases, as for example forcing the deletion by setting the  `gracePeriodSeconds` to `0`, or changing the `propagationPolicy`.
