Shuffle lost/abandoned content (graphql#2226)

This PR shuffles 3 content pieces that were rogue in the codebase into
their proper folder structures.

Note:
Had to drop the `url` frontmatter from the cpp items because an error
was thrown (the `url` was the github url).
