Use human_panic to emit crash reports on panic #14913
Description
For the occasional crash, it would be great to have more data about what went wrong available by default. I set up an alias to always run hx with RUSTC_BACKTRACE=1, but it would be nice if detailed reports were always available.
Per discussion at #9664, this should be done using https://docs.rs/human-panic/latest/human_panic/ which is pretty easy to set up.
(I haven't had the chance to follow up so I'm creating this issue so it doesn't get lost)
