The taxonomy repo is now using Git submodules to include the taxonomy schema files

The taxonomy repo is now using submodules to include the taxonomy schema files from the schema repo into the schema folder. If you have a local clone of the taxonomy repo, after updating the main branch you will need to do git submodule update --init to initialize and update the submodule and populate the schema folder.

If you are locally cloning the taxonomy repo for the first time, be sure to use the --recurse-submodules option on the git clone command:

git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/instructlab/taxonomy.git

When pulling updates from the remote repository, be sure to use the --recurse-submodules option on the git pull command or use the git submodule update command.
