Need IDL .pro example demonstrating how to use static fields

I can't figure out how to have constant static fields in an IDL class. I need to write up an example of how a TimeUtil class might look in IDL, and then work towards migration automatically.

idlfflangcat__define.pro looks like it would be a nice example showing how public static final fields should be handled.
