fix: remove rich address in form

making all addresses rich was a breaking change
classic curate lists using addresses will fail
(because gtcr-encoder won't understand it)
also it was just a bad idea
in an upcoming update rich-address will be a separate
(non-classic compatible) data type
for now, just forbid the users from submitting
rich addresses
