B2B-286: Order search across websites

- Fix AdminReorderWithCatalogPriceTest; this test uses the order ID and not its increment ID as is expected by the filter grid
- Disable company config in StorefrontVerifyOrdersVisibleInCompanyStructureAcrossMultipleWebsites
