Text Input not working on pressing Shift+enter the first time

Problem Description

1. Open RNW Gallery app.
2. Open Text --> Text Input.
3. Tab to focus into multiline edit control.
4. Enter a text and then pretty SHIFT+ENTER

Expected Results:
Actual Results: The text input height does not change. It changes on pressing SHIFT+ENTER second time. Not sure if this is By Design.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open RNW Gallery app.
2. Open Text --> Text Input.
3. Tab to focus into multiline edit control.
4. Enter a text and then pretty SHIFT+ENTER

Expected Results

The text input will expand to accommodate the new line.
