Run sqlite3 CLI in UCRT64 (or MINGW64) environment

I'm trying to interactively run the sqlite3 CLI within the environments UCRT64 and MINGW64. In both I get no echo, but commands like .exit seem to work. I searched the issues for that and found that sqlite3 --interactive or mintty sqlite3 should work, but when I tried these, both failed on showing any output in the console. I'm using up-to-date MSYS2 on Windows 11 Pro. The sqlite packages I recently installed are mingw-w64-ucrt-x86_64-sqlite3-3.49.2-1 and mingw-w64-x86_64-sqlite3-3.49.2-1 respectively.

Can someone please help me understand, what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

In #10113, I found the information that sqlite3 runs normally in the MSYS environment and also a workaround for MINGW64, UCRT64, CLANG64:

sqlite3 | cat

Interestingly, in all four cases C:\msys64\usr\bin\mintty.exe is running the console. Here is what I see in task manager, in column Command line:^[1]

I suspect the different way packages are built for msys vs other environments is the culprit.
The complicating factor here is that there is no sqlite3.c file in the sqlite source that compiles to the sqlite3 command. It is dynamically stitched together at build time depending on the given build options. It is proving hard to debug the issue

I downloaded source only tarball https://mirror.msys2.org/mingw/sources/mingw-w64-sqlite3-3.51.0-1.src.tar.zst and tried PKGBUILD with "--disable-readline".
During compile time, some errors were reported in ext/misc/fileio.c, etc.
But sqlite3.exe was built.
This version of sqlite3.exe looks working interactively.

After makepkg -sCLf, enter src/build-UCRT64 and insert fprintf(stdout, ...)
I found after _set_mode in sqlite3_fputs function, fprintf(stdout, ...) does not produce output.
Inserting fflush(out) before _set_mode is not effective.
By commenting out _set_mode, prompt is shown but Kanji is not handled correctly.
