-bash: tsserver: command not found

I installed this package:

https://packages.msys2.org/packages/mingw-w64-x86_64-typescript

tsserver is a shell script.

I can run it with absolute path: /mingw64/bin/tsserver, but not tsserver alone.

I'm sorry. This is because I'm running MSYS2 MSYS. Switch to MSYS2 MINGW64 solved the problem.
