Inst Fails #5
Description
I am using Pattern Lab Node v2.12.X on Mac, using the gulp configuration.
Expected Behavior
Trying to get the server up and running. Nothing is working. I have searched through as many
Actual Behavior
Got this error just before it stalls in a loop:

Steps to Reproduce
Fresh install with:
npm version: 6.4.1
gulp:
CLI version: 2.2.0
Local version: 4.0.0
npm install patternengine-node-twig
./node_modules/.bin/patternlab init
