Can't be used with usual way on latest Chrome #36

Unfortunatly, pbkit-devtools is currently disabled in the store because it does not comply with Google's latest requirements. Even if it is already installed, the Chrome browser will forcefully disable the plugin, making it unusable through normal installation methods.
