I need help with a touch screen

I have a 4-wire touchscreen (x+, y+, x-, y-) that I'd like to connect to the daisy seed. I was able to do this with Arduino Uno by inserting some code into Arduino IDE, but I don't know how to connect it to the daisy (since I want to use it in plug data).
