gpio: tegra186: add Tegra234 PMC compatible in GPIO driver

    gpio: tegra186: add Tegra234 PMC compatible in GPIO driver

    Using this patch we are adding PMC compatible string for
    Tegra234 in GPIO driver so the IRQ hierarchy can be set.
