Fix codebgcolor and codetextcolor for Sphinx 3.1.0+

Sphinx 3.1.0+ dropped the custom codebgcolor and codetextcolor from the classic theme[1], leaving pre elements uncolored. [1] sphinx-doc/sphinx@b345acc
