Also, in the grafana dashboard it did not show a rocketpool update was needed even though it was for Nimbus to use checkpoint sync URL because of hard fork that happened since.

You probably need to reinstall the update tracker with rocketpool s install-update-tracker since the installation repo changed.

Smartnode does have a pectra-compatible version of nimbus pinned.

Note that grafana only tracks smart node updates, not individual client updates
