Removes ESP8266 Files, adds release for SAMD files with defult INPUT state commented out

* A note on our ESP8266 files - we only ever officially supported the Blynk Board, but never in this repository.  This is now supported through Espressif's ESP8266's repository. As to the rest of those files, there were all left over from long ago.
