Enable users to name a version #1702

It's hard to navigate the versions of a doc. The only hint we get is the date.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like for users to be able to name a version so that they can easily find it later.
The default name is the date and time.
When a user user names a version, the date is displayed as secondary information.
