Command description

Check validity of the command virtualboxvm. It's for windows so I can't test it. There is no evidence of it existing in the documentation.

I tested virtualboxvm on Windows and the command does not exist.

Test results:

• virtualboxvm --help`→ "The term 'virtualboxvm' is not recognized"
• Verified on VirtualBox documentation: only VBoxManage.exe and VirtualBox.exe appear as valid CLI commands.

So it looks like virtualboxvm isn't a real command on Windows and the existing page may be invalid.

If confirmed, I can open a PR to remove the page.
