why vnc with password authentication fails on void linux?

I wanted to use krfb to share desktop screen on mobile. Initially it was not working, so I thought it is krfb issue it would be resolved in next few updates (Issue was unable to connect from local network)
I tried x11vnc it have same issue as above, I came across reddit thread , so I am not the only one here.

someone might say you have permission issue with passwordfile, running with following command does not work either

x11vnc -passwd 1234 -forever

If I run

x11vnc -forever

vnc connection established correctly

I installed archlinux container with distrobox , ran same above commands it worked. This confirm only issue is present with some package in void repository

Fixed by #49699
