Issues with Ctrl + C etc. #68
Description
Trying to use ctrl + c or ctrl + v results in the following being logged (also no copying/pasting happens):
unexpected cmd 262
unexpected cmd 264
with regards to the selected code page:
$ chcp
Active code page: 775
