Key changes:
- Updated service-parent from v2 to v5 (Quarkus 3.6.9)
- Migrated all javax.* imports to jakarta.* (Jakarta EE namespace)
- Replaced quarkus-resteasy-mutiny with quarkus-resteasy-reactive-jackson
- Updated quarkus-opentelemetry-exporter-otlp to quarkus-opentelemetry
- Converted SidecarConfig from @ConfigProperties to @ConfigMapping interface
- Added explicit commons-io dependency (no longer transitive in Quarkus 3)
- Updated quarkus-maven-plugin version to ${quarkus.version}
- Updated surefire-plugin.version from 3.0.0-M5 to 3.0.0
- Java version remains at 11 (compatible with Quarkus 3.6.9)
All tests passing. Configuration remains fully compatible with existing application.yaml.
