Bug: Accidentally created go.mod file in wrong directory
A new go.mod file is being created at an incorrect path src/crowdgit/services/software_value/ instead of updating only the existing module at src/software-value/. This appears to be an erroneous file created by Dependabot in the wrong directory. The new file is missing the knadh/koanf dependencies that the legitimate module requires, and it lacks a corresponding go.sum file. This would create a duplicate, incomplete Go module inside the Python crowdgit package structure.
