Summary

  • Add Maven Central link to GitHub releases
  • Auto-release artifacts after Maven Central upload (using publishAndReleaseToMavenCentral)
  • Update Kotlin to 2.3.0
  • Fix Android emulator shutdown hang in CI

Test plan

  • Review workflow runs pass
  • Android emulator tests complete without timeout
