feat: update runtime version

Description

Update the uipath-runtime version to 0.3.0 and address the breaking changes from this PR: UiPath/uipath-runtime-python#55

Development Package

• Use uipath pack --nolock to get the latest dev build from this PR (requires version range).
• Add this package as a dependency in your pyproject.toml:
