This fixes build error: ``` error: ‘start_dir’ is not a member of ‘boost::process’ ```
I dunno why, but seems cmake couldn't find cuda on its own

Attempts to fix build again. Non cuda version tested, built successfully. Cuda version hit oom, so let build machines try that out.
