Ah looks like there is a bug with the jco dep -- I think I moved it to being a dev dependency, but it needs to stay a real dependency (we should... fix this sometime in the future, and actually pull out the wasm-tools functionality to make this less circular) |

Since `componentize-js` uses [jco as a dependency](https://github.com/bytecodealliance/ComponentizeJS/blob/main/src/componentize.js#L19), it needs to be an regular dep (not a development-only) one.
