    redhat/configs: automotive: Disable network simulation and USB4 Ethernet

    Disable network simulation and USB4 Ethernet functionality and
    this also automatically disables it's related dependencies.

    This is needed to satisfy a requirement of FuSa efforts
    for RHIVOS.
