So in this case the compiler did not inlined `task_state`, and since inline implies notrace, it don't have fentry/mcount. Forcing it to be inline solves this. Add 6.17.0 rebased patches and tests. Also Bump the Fedora Version used in packit to 43.
Some patches are failing to build, so I will work on fixing those before marking this PR ready for review.
