This PR defines a utility for tracking various window dimensions.
Window Properties Tracked
The function tracks 8 window-related properties:
$scrollX: Current horizontal scroll position$scrollY: Current vertical scroll position$innerWidth: Width of the viewport$innerHeight: Height of the viewport$outerWidth: Width of the browser window$outerHeight: Height of the browser window$screenTop: Distance from the top of the screen to the browser window$screenLeft: Distance from the left of the screen to the browser window
