This should enable the use of git submodules within a site repository, using ekho/capistrano-git-submodule-strategy

My only concern here is that, for projects not using git submodules, this adds extra overhead during deployments.

Perhaps this should be an option in the generator, rather than being included in all evolution projects by default

Thankfully, genesis is still using an older (v2) capistrano that had built-in (but turned off by default) support for submodules.

So, that's as easy as turning on a switch (git_enable_submodules)
