Telemetry is available for one ESC, but the serial output was not tested.

I used this code on a Arduino Leonardo and is therefore only tested there. To use 8 ESC's I had to use two different ports, since there are not eight pins available for one port on the Leonardo.
The telemetry requests were just used for one motor since I had problems with synchronizing them, but the Arduino code should work properly.
