This pull request contains bunch of changes which affects several places and changes package layout of client. For this reason new version is set on modules. Main purpose of proposed changes is to break hard dependency between API/model and actual implementation. Thanks to that different JAX-RS implementations can be used.
Note that some tests are failing due to encoding changes.
