feat: support listening on IPv6

• Add IPv6 support to the server by using std.net.Address.parseIp().
• parseIp() automatically detects and handles both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses.

Thanks for this! The failure was pretty drastic; almost 2x slower. Think it's safe to say it was just a CI anomaly ;)
